If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry. We’ll gently guide you through the return process.

🌿 Need to return something?

No problem. You can return any unused product within 14 days of purchase.

Just make sure everything is in its original condition and packaging.

💌 How to send it back:

Email us at hello@pureandbloom.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return.

Once your item arrives safely back with us and we’ve had a quick look, we’ll issue your refund within 5–7 working days.

🚚 A small note on shipping:

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived  incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your parcel arrives safely.
