By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Orders are confirmed once payment has been processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if there is an issue with payment, stock, or suspected fraud.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days (Monday–Friday). UK delivery is always free.

If you wish to return an item, we accept unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

The customer covers the return postage, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

All Pure & Bloom products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients, so slight variations in colour, scent, or texture are completely normal. Please check the ingredient list before use to ensure compatibility with your skin.

Pure & Bloom cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of products.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

All content, images, and designs on this website belong to Pure & Bloom and may not be copied or used without permission.
